Proposals concerning optimization of the process of recruitment; • Structural divisions and duty regulations development monitoring; • Headcount planning as part of long-term planning and understanding the development and costs budgeting needs of the company; • Implementation of onboarding and mentoring system (incl. development of "Employee Book" and special movies); • Diagnosis of satisfaction and loyalty of employees leading to understanding of what should be improved in the company, defining all "bottlenecks"; • Assessment and certification of regular staff, Sales Department and Back Office, in particular; • Conducting special trainings for line managers (incl. the development of management skills and effective planning of time resources); • Development of financial and moral incentives, including the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for work results of HR and Sales Departments; • Circulation of staff documents flow and the service quality control; • Analysis of the company current salaries compliance with the current salaries around the Kazan labor market; • Training needs analysis and the creation of continuous learning and development system for staff; • Organizational Development (OD) event managing, incl. effectiveness optimizing proposals formation events; • Management of HR Department with 4 subordinate employees; • Turnover rate analysis, incl. retired employees exit interview analysis, suggestions on for turnover reducing; • Supervision of Labor legislation compliance and internal labor regulations established by the company; • Health, safety and fire safety regulations compliance control; • Creating company’s HR brand as of an attractive employer |
