Responsibilities:
- Managing office activities;
- Organizing and conducting recruitment processes;
- Identifying, interviewing and evaluating candidates;
- Managing the relationship with clients in order to cover their need for personnel;
- Advising and assisting candidates in signing labor contracts and processing their documents;
- Intermediates communication between employees and managers, providing a positive organizational climate.
Requirements:
- University Degree strongly preferred, also accepting applicants who are concluding their studies;
- HR experience considered as an advantage;
- Billingual (Romanian and Russian), English being a plus;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong spoken and written communication skills;
- Fully available to travel for work, within and outside the country;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as creative thinking skills.
