FOREIGN COMPANY ANNOUNCES VACANCIES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

LEGAL ADVISOR
Job summary: Performs consultation and advisory work in carrying out legal processes to protect the rights, privileges and obligations of the company. Advises the company concerning transactions of business, stockholders, directors, and corporate relations with the general public. Represents the company in court, or in the relations with other legal authorities.

Requirements: Master degree in law. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Practical experience and knowledge in major areas of commercial law. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Romanian, Russian and English.
