HCM Development People is an international consultancy company providing services related to international development. Our main areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: Governance, civil society and human rights, Health sector projects, Private sector development and International Trade, Education, training and employment/labor market related projects.
We are currently looking for a candidate to fulfill the position of Project Manager within our company. The selected candidate will be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (40 hours per week, standard working hours). No travel is foreseen as part of this job.

Main responsibilities include:
Conducting and guiding searches (including database / internet search) and identifying suitable candidates according to the project description.
Negotiating with candidates (by e-mail and phone)
Offer preparation
Ensuring the delivery of overall project results and impact. Managing budgets, project start up and/or close down, and remote management of teams.

General qualifications required:
University degree
Fluency in English language (both verbal and written), additional language skills such as French, Spanish or Portuguese would be highly advantageous
Good computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet explorer, Firefox)
Work experience in a relevant domain would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
