Elaina Consulting SRL is recruiting for a client who has an on-going need for 3 skilled, well organized bilingual personal assistants with at least 2 years’ experience in a busy corporate or public sector environment. The Bilingual PA should have experience studying or working in a multi-cultural environment, meeting tight deadlines and have strong attention to detail. Successful candidates will be working for a multinational project. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and varied role with lots of opportunity for personal development and training.
Duties will be varied and will include a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks including:
• database management
• coordinating international meetings (including minute taking)
• coordinating travel
• cold calls
• supporting staff with research and formatting
• translating or proofreading documents
Bilingual Personal Assistant Profile:
• Bilingual in English and another language, either: French, German, Italian, Romanian, Russian
• Solid experience as team assistant (minimum 2 years)
• Strong communication skills and excellent team members
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Very good attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Professional work ethic and the capacity to work well in a deadline driven environment
• Advanced MS Office skills
