Responsibilities:
- Understands business processes and current systems. Understands the needs of the business and recommends enhancements through the application of technologies, systems, and process changes to solve problems or enhance business processes.
- Manages projects utilizing project management framework, develops process documentation using corporate process techniques.
- Performs analysis and evaluation of options, alternatives, and system capabilities.
- Identifies process and systems solutions to address major system’s needs.
- Cooperates closely with the Sales and Development department, willing to travel to The Netherlands and Germany.

Requirements:
- Experience with systems integration, and/or internet/web, desktop, Client/Server system implementation and support including full software life cycle management. Formal training preferred.
- Development experience in Microsoft-related domains and software environments
- Experience as a Microsoft (CRM, Dynamics, SharePoint) functional analyst.
- Highly competent with MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Business Analyst experience required in functional areas like database systems, document management systems, ERP systems etc.
- Customer management skills for administration, resolving issues and building customer relationships.
- Manage small to medium IT projects, including status reporting, project planning, and other project documentation.
- Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Must be a strong team builder, facilitator, and mentor.
- Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer service orientation.
- Strong process knowledge of business and business systems.
- Requires excellent negotiation and listening skills.
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally.
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner.
- Travelling to the Netherlands and Germany may be required for presentations or customer support.
