We are looking for a self-motivated marketing specialist to join our team. As a marketing manager, you will support the strategy, planning and execution of our priority marketing programs and campaigns aligned to our business’ top priorities and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of a matrix organization. The candidate will have a deep understanding of content marketing and its role in building integrated marketing campaigns. Experience in campaign development, marketing strategy, digital and channel marketing are highly desirable.

Job Details:

-Development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive rapid sales growth.
-Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
-Drive website visitor volume by ensuring the implementation of cross brand marketing strategies and tactical marketing activity.
-Development and execution of promotional plans, marketing presentations. Provide general sales force support, as required.
-Coordination of website updates.
-Monitor competitor marketing activity on a regular basis and use insight to improve performance.
-Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
-Create marketing performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
-A minimum of 2 years of Marketing and/or Business experience preferably in the IT industry.
-Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
-Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
-Experience in writing IT-related blog articles.
-Experience in successfully managing and promoting business pages across various social media platforms.
-Experience in creating effective landing pages.
-Experience in creating email marketing campaigns.
-Advanced skills in creating ads on Facebook, AdWords, and Linkedin.
-Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
-In depth understanding of SEO.
-Strong presentation skills and ability to engage and present on assigned area of responsibility.
-Ability to prioritize tasks.
-Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
-Must be solution minded, creative and adapt easily to change.

Preferred Skills:

-Familiarity with platforms for managing social media pages.
-Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
-Familiarity with SEMrush, MOZ, Screaming Frog or any other similar platform.
-Familiarity with WordPress.
-Familiarity with Instapage.
-Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
