About our company

BlueLink International CZ is an international customer service centre belonging to Air France Group. We are providing assistance line in the field of luggage claims, loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets and other customer services to airline and hotel chain clients. Want to know more? What are you going to do?

•Booking of air tickets by the phone
•Work for Air France VIP customers
•Provide information about loyalty programs
•Work with online booking programs

What are the requirements?

•Native level of Romanian (+ EU passport/citizenship)
•Advanced level of English language
•Advanced level of French/ Spanish/ Italian/German language is a plus
•Willingness to communicate and help customers
•Professionalism, accuracy, punctuality and responsibility
