Vacancy for the position of Customer Service Agent

The selected candidate will be part of the customer service team, and they would be in charge of offering an adequate attention to customers, and also they will have to communicate with distributors and bookshops online.

The work is carried out in an office that possesses the conditions adapted for the development of the job, as well as with technical necessary support.

It is indispensable to be able to travel abroad for training purposes.

Requirements:

-Complete terciary or university studies

-Excellent Portuguese and/or Spanish writing skills.

-Good command of English

-Immediate availability

-Computer skills

-Flexibility and capable of working independently.
