PRINTEC Group Of Companies, a leader in the area of Transaction Automation Systems, with a dynamic presence in the Information Technology sector of South-Eastern Europe, seeks to recruit a highly motivated professional for its operations in Moldova:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to provide second line maintenance for ATM banking products (and others) with an emphasis on HW & SW problem diagnosis by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Perform basic installation and minor repairs on all ATM products (multiple manufacturers) and services.
2. Provides maintenance on ATM banking products to include: problem diagnosis, component level repair, application reload, preventative maintenance, documentation and planning/maintaining spare parts levels.
3. Perform some minor maintenance on ATMs (e.g. replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.).
4. Complete equipment cleanings as specified in service agreement.
Qualifications:
• Electrical/Electronic/IT Diploma or equivalent;
• Preferred three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (experience in HW installation and maintenance);
• Driver licence B category;
• Excellent Command of the Romanian, Russian and good command of the English Language ;
• Able to lift up to 30-40 kg;
• Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills;
