Job Description:
- Target specific sectors of interest, to increase their reach within the online market by providing assistance by chat, e-mail and phone.
- Increase sales and promote the company's products and services
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Identify potential customers.

Essential Requirements:
- Fluent English and/or French (both spoken and written interaction) are a must;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Good time management and multitasking skills;
- Good attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong IT skills are a plus;
