Job Purpose:
• In coordination with Store Manager, maximise the store’s profit and consolidate the METRO Company image on the market, through sustainable relationships with customers, professional management of operations, and through proper administration of goods and personnel, reaching the planned KPI‘s
Your tasks:
• Defines priorities for store strategy, define action and follow up results
• Organize process to respond to customer complaints, suggestions and feedbacks
• Analyse goods availability, service level and initiate corrective actions
• Monitor sales, customer data and other store KPI’s, initiate and monitor actions
• Follow up monthly forecast fulfilment
• Hires new staff matching attitude and behaviour, respecting required competence levels.
• Sets up a local store staff training plan
Ensures Induction training for new employees, monitoring competence development and general team fit
• Thrives to implement a customer culture and makes the store team enthusiastic about customer orientation
• Establish professional contact with local authorities and associations
Your profile:
• Graduate of business administration or economics
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position, in commerce.
• Strong leadership capabilities
• A strategic and analytical approach
• Customer orientation
• Dedication and initiative
• Good knowledge of English, Russian, Romanian
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
