WonderBee, an international company based in UK is a looking for an Developer Support Engineer.

You will be surrounded by people that are wickedly smart, passionate about cloud computing, and believe that world class support is critical to customer success.

The Key skills are
• In Depth work experience in Enterprise Systems administration (UNIX/Linux and/or Windows Server)
• Support / Troubleshooting experience
• Experience in Networking (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing)

Basic Qualifications:
• In Depth work experience in Enterprise Systems administration (UNIX/Linux and/or Windows Server)
• A good understanding of AWS Services (EC2, Elastic Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, S3, Beanstalk, and RDS)
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
• Be very strong customer focus
• Ability to juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
• Be a self-starter who is excited about technology.
• Support / Troubleshooting experience
• Experience in Networking (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Database Administration (Oracle, SQL, MySQL)
• Experience in Programming / scripting (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
• Understanding of Virtualization Technologies
• Understanding of Cloud services

• Drive customer communication during critical events

The duration of contract is 12 months,
Experience: 4-8 years
Salary: 5000euro

As long as the project is based in London, we expect the candidates to have EU passport, to know english and to have a good desire of career development.
