Director of Sales and Marketing:
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to lead our friendly, professional, energetic, enthusiastic and passionate sales team at Codru Hotel. As the Director of Sales (& Marketing) you will be working closely with the General Manager to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the hotel revenues.
Your MAIN PURPOSE will be to create sales targets and networks business relations to corporate client, to observe the market, identity trend and monitor the main competitors, to achieve budgeted top line revenue for the hotel, to develop strategies to maximize Rev-par and grow market share and hotel profitability.
