The Executive Manager is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the General Director.

Requirements:
- Experience required: At least 4-5 years of progressive experience in Executive position
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Management or related economic discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Romanian, Russian and Turkish written and spoken.
- Computer Skills: Very good computer literacy.
- Skills: Proven writing and analytical skills; excellent negotiating and networking skills; ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and exercise significant attention to details; excellent skills in team management and administrative issues.
- Self-Motivation and Guidance: Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in handling all assigned tasks.
