HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 successful years of recruiting in Moldova. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the FINANCE DIRECTOR.
Company Overview: International company within medical field in Moldova.

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Job summary: Visionary, Top Level Executive within Finance or Audit, minimum 5-7 years of proven financial experience. This person will manage a directly subordinated team of 16 colleagues: accountants, IT, Purchasing. He or she, will hierarchically report to General Manager and CFO of this international company group.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working alongside to prosper the current business with CEO, the Finance Director will not only be an exceptional accountant, auditor, leader with hands-on company finances but will also be commercially aware, advising on the best path of growth for the business
• The role of the Finance Director has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and is expected to analyses figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes
• Will organize and control all activities of accounting, accurate and correct reporting of company’s funds
• Will help to establish a profitable price policy, especially for company’s services
• Finance director will be responsible to formulate and implement strategies and plans in regards of new business directions, to develop businesses that are profitable and cease those are not generating profit in long or short run
• Corporate finance: manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, salaries as appropriate
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting, international standards in accounting, book keeping of incomes and expenses, ACCA certified or currently student
• Experience in a similar (Financial Director/Manager) min 5-7 years, experience in audit
• Fluency in Romania, Russian, English
• Reporting skills and knowledge (able to present information in schemes, tables, presentation), therefore MS OFFICE at a very good level (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Goal oriented, proactive personality with leadership skills and self-organized
• Previous experience in a multinational company is a real plus for forecasting and reporting reasons
