Established in 2006, our customer is a fast growing company working on computer games and simulation systems areas. With more than 100 happy team players, and as a research and development based company that offers "Human Centered Solutions" using advanced information technologies, they are currently looking for talented graphics designers for their new mobile games and serious games development teams.

Responsibilities:
• Be a strong partner of our team and take responsibility to create a top-notch artistic game
• Collaborating with game designers and engineers to define and implement innovative
solutions for the game direction, visuals and experience
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Processing the game designers’ feedback to solve the issue smoothly
• Prototyping interface functionality, look and feel
• Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design
roadblocks
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow diagrams, process flows and site maps to
effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Creating clear and attractive buttons, icons, widgets, and other UI elements.
• Designing mock-ups/iterations using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
• Applying and maintaining a consistent art style throughout the entire game interface
• Create highly engaging layouts and designs to support promoting mobile games

Requirements:
• University degree in Graphics Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or related.
• However, a very strong profile without even university degree will be evaluated.
• 2+ years of related experience is preferred. Recent graduates will be considered.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a portfolio
• Knowledge in latest graphics and UI trends and technologies
• Proficient in the use of design software (i.e. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Remain organized
• Be able to think independently
• Be able to operate with minimal supervision
• Ability to analyze existing competitors thoroughly and improvise on current trends
• Traditional art skills is a plus
