Type of work to perform:

Legal advice on tax matters
Perform legal research and analysis on tax matters and international tax planning
Prepare opinion on local law as well as on foreign jurisdiction tax matters
Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Prepare calculations of tax attributes related to distributions of shareholders funds, as well as analysis of portfolio holdings and application of tax rules to these holdings

Skills:
University degree in the law or economics.
At least 4 years professional experience dealing with tax planning and advice in tax matters
Exposure to general ledger accounting and financial statement reporting, customer-centric attitude
Securities transactions tax experience
Ability to work effectively with multinational clients
Demonstrated analytical, technical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
