HR-Consulting on behalf of its client is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

IT Project Manager

The company:
Software company specializing in the development of high-quality communication products and solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure;
• Prepare technical specifications for software products and project schedules for approval by director;
• Manage day-to-day activities of projects and project team, report to the director;
• Distribute tasks between team members;
• Examine and find new directions for developing custom software;
• Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members;
• Develop and implement objective criteria of assessment and control;
• Perform the search and selection of personnel, coach project team to achieve project goals;
• Coordinate communication between software developers and end-user technical support team.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Five years of experience in a technology environment, including 2-3 years of practical professional experience in project management;
• Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Fluent English;
• Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development;
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams;
• Ability to effectively manage staff;
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills;
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
