1. Profil
Master degree, with full technical profile (technician, engineer, mathematics)
Experience level: 5 to 10 years
At least 5 years experience in Project Management
At least 2 years experience in Management
Background in multi-platform application landscapes (web, thin client, etc)
Experience in working in several projects as a project manager for more than 5 years
Strong and open in communication and familiar with steering people
Languages: Romanian and English are mandatory

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The candidate will need to recruit a team of analysts/developers/testers/support specialists in order to support the software development needs as mandated from the supperiors.
The candidate must be able to manage several projects in parallel coordinating with the HQ in Bucharest.
The TM will have the following role:
• Understand the IT environment complexity, different central and local teams functions
• Take in charge technical internal projects and business international projects
• Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers;
• Oversee all phases of project from initiating to closing phases;
• Coordinates the technical team;
• Ensure project is completed within budget and on time;
• Develop work-breakdown structures, project schedules
• Reports to stakeholders and manage stakeholders expectations;
• Assemble risk management plans and work effort documents;
• Create project documentation;
• Provide risk assessment;
• Review estimates;
• Prepare proposals;
• Flag potential issues;
• Report to the Software Development Director
