The Lead .NET Developer produces or modifies computer programs of all sizes and complexity. They will solve systems and program problems while recommending courses of action on new application jobs. They will handle extensive research, analysis, definition and documentation on all facets of the job.

The Lead .NET Developer will recommend the appropriate hardware solution for the application. They will provide mentoring support for less experienced programming staff.

Skills required:
− 5+ years of experience programming using .NET (C#) technologies
− Strong database/stored procedures experience (SQL Server)
− Strong analytical skills
− Good knowledge of WCF
− Very good level of English (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities:
− Learn and understand the business requirements, current applications and design enhancements needed.
− Analyze software problems with advanced debugging techniques
− Integrate design changes and enhancement requests into the infrastructure of the application.
− Produce results and expected deliverables in an agile environment with short delivery timeframes
− Effectively collaborate with team members as well as internal and external clients.
− Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills
− Communicate with management and others regarding project opportunity and risks in an effective and timely manner
− Assist in the preparation of required documentation− Assist other staff in debugging and solving programming or design issues
