We're looking for a creative thinker with strong problem solving and project management skills for on-line shop start-up. Candidate must be an investigative self-starter who takes general direction and concepts, and creates winning marketing initiatives and programs. Candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills, including written, visual and verbal.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or closely related degree;
- Minimum 3 years directly related work experience;
- Ability to develop concepts and manage outside agencies' creation of marketing assets;
- Experience developing and implementing integrated digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns with measurable results;
- Experience with Social Media, Affiliate marketing, E-mail marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, SEO;
- Effective team player with strong oral & written communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing and analytics;
- Experience with Webmaster tools;
- Experience with Affiliate Marketing;
- Experience with Search Engine Marketing (AdWords, Bing);
- Experience with segmentation, data management, data measurements, and/or statistical analysis.
