Main responsibilities:
- Answer the phone calls and respond to customer requests over the phone;
- Provide customers with product & service information;
- Identify research and provide solutions for customer issues using the related computer system.
- Data input in client relationship management tool (CRM)
- Make reminders and other outgoing calls
- Make after sales calls
Experience and knowledge required:
- University degree (economics will be an advantage)
- Fluent Romanian, Russian and English
- Computer literate
- Fast and easy learning
- Responsible, accurate and sociable
- Excellent communication skills
