European Management Solutions is a full service independent recruitment firm specialized in the donor funded sector. We aim at providing customized human resource services for international donors and consultancy companies.

We currently employ over a dozen people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for Recruiters.

The selected candidate(s) will be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (40 hours per week, standard working hours). No travel is foreseen as part of this job.

Main responsibilities include:
Communicating with clients to establish their needs
Conducting and guiding searches (including database / internet search)
Identifying suitable candidates according to the project description
Negotiating with candidates (by e-mail and phone)
Preparing and adjusting the CVs to the proper format

General qualifications required:
University degree
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written!)is a must
Good computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet explorer, Firefox)
Work experience in a relevant domain would be an advantage
Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
