Acvila Grup is hiring Research and Design Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- discover and understand the buyers' preferencies;
- develop products, improve it and try again;
- propose, discuss and decide on the current and future collections;
- defend your ideas;
- create together a space where ideas come to life;
- be part of the team from the best textile professionals in the country.

Requirements for candidates:
• Higher education in Art or related fields
• Age of 25 years and older
• Communication and negotiation skills in English and Russian
• Team spirit, initiative
• Reliability and result oriented
• Ambition
• Punctuality
• Aesthetic sense
• Resistance to stress
• PC literacy
