Responsibilities:
- Researching potential clients on the local market, and identifying those with specific recruitment needs;
- Contracting new clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with contacts and developing further business from those client accounts;
- Ensuring queries are solved effectively balancing service and cost;
- Translating global visions into local market contexts to maximize sales in the target market.
Requirements:
- At least one year experience in sales, preferably sales of services;
- University Degree strongly preferred, also accepting applicants who are concluding their studies;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Billingual (Romanian and Russian), English being a plus;
- Fully available to travel for work, within and outside the country;
- Strong spoken and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as solid presentation skills;
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
