The recruiting company "JOBMATCH" on behalf of his client is looking for candidates for the position of SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR to join the biggest International Hospital located in Chisinau, Moldova

Position Summary:
Ensure all marketing and sales processes are implemented and approval processes are followed in line with company’s standards, promote the brand strategy
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop the promotion strategy of services;
- To create strategies for product development, pricing and promotions;
- To participate in developing the corporate brand strategy;
- To organize, lead, guide and follow up the sales and marketing teams’ activities;
- To analyze/report competitive environment and prices on the market;
- Actively work with strategic and regional partners both in B2B and B2C area.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in the field of Medicine or/and Economics;
- Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian;
- Successful sales and marketing experience from 3 years;
- Experience linked to medical area or health insurance is a very strong advantage;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other computer applications;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Have driving licenses B category;
- Availability for business trips.
