We are seeking for a Senior QA Tester to help us in our game testing efforts across multiple projects and platforms. The Senior QA Tester will provide support for the lead testers, assist in the management and daily allocation of test resources, delegate testing tasks, track tester performance, provide guidance and coordinate with department leads and managers to ensure all aspects of the project are bug free.

Responsibilities:
- Coach and train QA testers to continually improve performance and understanding of processes, allocate and monitor tasks, ensure testing schedules are met and releases go out in timely fashion.
- Assist in planning and executing the QA activities of new features and games throughout the development cycle on console, PC, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the creation of test plans to verify the feature, functionality and performance of games.
- Record test results and generate written reports that detail the findings/bugs etc. as well as diagnose issues discovered during testing.
- Engage in continuous improvement by identifying root causes of issues.
- Drive QA best practices that ensure the efficiency of your department.

Requirements:
- Professional experience hands-on video game testing on various platforms.
- Proven track record in, and knowledge of, best testing practices in a game development.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows/iOS/Android operating systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, fluid episodic environment with minimal supervision.
- Creative and analytical thinker.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- A passion for social games and mobile gaming across multiple platforms.
