Profile and qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting/Taxes or Finance;
• Master degree or CIPA (or other related international qualification) studies will be a plus;
• Proven 5+ years of experience in local tax/accounting legislation applicability;
• Previous working experience within State Tax Service will be a big advantage;
• Tax optimization experience in local companies would be a big advantage;
• Previous experience in tax controlling or auditing will be a big advantage;
• Experience in payroll taxes is a must;
• Strong Tax Code applicability is a must;
• Strong knowledge of local Tax and Accounting Legislation;
• Excellent knowledge of tax principles;
• Excellent knowledge of tax applicability for residents and nonresidents;
• Excellent knowledge of tax applicability according to International Conventions for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion;
• Strong knowledge of NAS (National Accounting Standards) and applicability principles;
• Very good knowledge in operating within the accounting software 1C;
• Detail oriented, organized, committed to deadlines and autonomous;
• Ability to communicate and work with local and international clients;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus;
• Proficiency with ICT tools, including MS Office software;
• Romanian, Russian is a must, English or other language would be a plus;
• Good multi-tasking skills;
• Team working;
• Fast learning capacity and high level of confidentiality.
