Value Added Services Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Administration of Prepaid and VAS platforms
• Monitoring capacity and system performances
• Developing new services and marketing offers
• Testing services and analyzing existing problems
• Working with suppliers for technical support
• Setting up and maintaining documentation and standards
• Working as part of a team and providing 7x24 support when required
• Reporting on activity to team leader

Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux servers
• Knowledge and experience in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
• Telecom experience is welcome
• Proficiency in Romanian and Russian, English is a plus
• Analytical skills
• Responsibility
• Creativity
