Responsibilities:
Create reporting templates
Run, validate, analyse and provide conclusions on monthly and on-demand reports
Communicate and explain the conclusions/recommendations to IT management and to CSMs
Monitor capacity and availability trends
Regularly follow-up suggested improvement actions, log tickets for investigation and track the progress
Establish good communication with CSMs in terms of continuous reporting improvement and effectiveness

Required skills:
Strong documentation ability; the ability to communicate analytical results to management in a clear concise manner is critical.
Strong soft skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to define procedures
IT background: General knowledge of IT systems and services, be aware of infrastructure administration principles, asset management key points
Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
Knowledge of monitoring system features is a plus
Must be detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Able to quickly learn new things and adapt to changing requirements
Excellent English communication level
