Required skills:

Mandatory Experience:
Active Directory Domain Services, including DNS, GPO
Web and Application Servers (IIS)
Hyper-V and related virtualization technologies
Windows Deployment Services and MDT
Windows Update Services
High availability: Cluster and Load Balancing
Exchange 2007/2010/2013
Windows SharePoint 2007+ knowledge and experience
LAN and WAN IP networks
IPSEC VPN basics

Desired Experience:
MS Certifications (MCTS, MCITP, MCSE) in field of System Administration
Knowledge and Experience on System Centre 2007+ family products
PKI Infrastructure (Microsoft, Cisco)
Awareness of continuous integration systems (e.g. Jenkins, Hudson)
Architecture of standard builds of development environments
SAN technologies
Linux administration
Cisco IOS - switches routers) and ASA firewalls
Knowledgeable of TCP/IP stack and network security basics
ITIL – a reasonable understanding of ITIL processes

Technical skills:
Operating Systems: proficient with administering and maintenance of wide range of OS (Windows or Linux);
Proficient in working with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server; Windows SharePoint
Good knowledge of Web services: IIS, Apache, Tomcat;
Networking and Communications: familiar with management of the networking systems;
MS Certifications (MCTS, MCITP, MCSE) in System Administration is a plus;

Soft skills:
Good analytical thinking and information acquisition skills;
Capable to establish relationships and maintaining contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Effective and sensitive communicator in different societies and cultures;
Familiar with basic customer service techniques;
Good level of both oral and writing communication skills;
Proficient in spoken and written English language.
